Responsible for 24/7 infrastructure across physical/virtual platforms, networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud environments — with a focus on automation, monitoring, and security.

  • Automated critical patching across Windows and Linux using Ansible.
  • Architected and delivered a company-wide network redesign and a full Zabbix monitoring suite integrated into service workflows.
  • Improved AWS IAM security by removing root/shared credentials and implementing role-based least-privilege access.
  • Led a VMware to Hyper-V migration with minimal downtime and maintained service continuity.
